a)KEY: Keep neutral expectations (manage ur expectations of future)
b)STAY Positive through tough times- ALWAYS love life!
c)STAY flexible (adjust to life as it unfolds, dont be rigid!)
d)practise PATIENCE...life moves at its OWN pace!...dont let that bother you...accept it! - you'll do just fine, keep trying & with a smile! ;)
